The “Climatic” company delivered 8 modules to the Lower Silesian Oncology Center in Wroclaw, which were added to the existing two-storey operating block building.
The module transport from the Production Plant in Ostrowiec was divided into two stages and took 3 days.
On the night of 27th and 28th April the first four modules with technical rooms were delivered and installed while on 29th April the other four modules arrived. The modules were equipped with a modern operating room together with the necessary accompanying premises.

At the beginning of April, “Climatic” Ltd. signed a contract for the supply and construction of a hospital building made in modular technology located in Germany, in the town of Görlitz. The investment will be carried out at the request of Städtisches Klinikum Görlitz gGmbH.
Thanks to the flexible form of investment financing offered by Climatic, Climatic company is going to rent a hospital building constructed in modular technology and covering a total area of 1,245.55 m2 for a period of 26 months for the urban clinic in Görlitz.
During the lease period, the investor plans to carry out a comprehensive overhaul of the existing branch “Center for women and children” located in the main building of the hospital.
The modular building rented from the Climatic company won’t disrupt hospital ward activities and reduce to a minimum the inconveniences associated with the overhaul.
At the end of the lease, the Clinic will have the possibility to buy the building provided by Climatic company.
