Opening of the Integrated Operating Theatre in the 4th Military Clinical Hospital
On 16 November, the opening of the Integrated Operating Theatre (IOT) took place in the 4th Military Clinical Hospital. The IOT is one of the most technologically advanced facilities of this type in Poland.
The Climatic company has equipped 11 operating theatres with the ZEUS system.
The IOT comprises 11 operating theatres, including a hybrid operating room, extended to 16 units of the Clinical Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, a modern sterilisation room, a server room, consultation rooms and an observation room in the Hospital Emergency Ward. – This is the heart of our hospital, provided with equipment which meets the standards of the 21st century – Colonel Tański told the invited guests. – I am very glad that I may hand over to such excellent specialists this well-equipped operating theatre which will serve thousands of patients.
Primary School No. 128 in Warsaw finished!
Primary School No. 128 in Warsaw gained three new rooms, a common room, a teacher’s room and a hall with access to sanitary facilities. The expansion included connecting the new rooms with the existing building. All works were done during the functioning of the main school building. For this reason, the investor decided on a technology enabling the delivery of ready modules, ie prefabrication, thus minimizing the disturbance of the construction site.
The building meets the thermal requirements for external walls, min. 0.23 W / (m2K), for roof min. 0.18 W / (m2K) and for acoustic requirements for external walls R = 35dB, and for internal walls R = 45dB. The height of the building is 4.50m enabling the necessary installations in the ceiling, thus maintaining the requirements for the height of rooms in public buildings.
