Climatic will make extension of 6th floor of MSWiA hospital in Opole

Climatic has begun the production of modules for 6th-floor extension for the hospital in Opole, Poland. On the modern production line in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski main construction of total area 1000 m2 is being prepared.

Once the modules are ready, they are shipped to the site and fastened together. The final construction stage includes completing exterior systems such as cladding and roofing components and internal spaces like lobbies, stairwells, and elevator shafts.

The beauty of the finished building is that occupants will not be able to tell how the structure was built.
This construction method (modular Climatic system) is recommended especially in cities, where much traffic, noise, and disturbances can be reduced due to offsite production. The mobility and universality of this solution make it possible to use the modular system in locations that allow very limited access such as patios or roofs.

Primary school no 109 finished

Climatic has done the extension of building of school no 109 in Warsaw. The extension rooms are five educational rooms, sanitary, cloak rooms, corridors with stairway and connector to the main building.

The modular construction site was a good solution for a working school unit. The main construction, as well as main works, were performed offsite in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The environmental impact is therefore minimal: no typical noise, transport of materials and dust. The foundations of building arise parallelly to the construction which leads to big-time savings.
