PRODUCTION PLANT

Climatic Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. carries out the production of modular buildings in a modern Production Plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The area of the halls is more than 26,000 m2 and the entire plant site covers an area of 12 ha. Within the production halls, 12 cranes are in operation (the largest of which has as much as 50 tonnes of lifting capacity). The plant's production capacity is 6,000 m2 of manufactured modules per month.

Assembly of the steel structure takes place on a modern, automated welding line equipped with FANUC robots with a vision system, which is a guarantee of precise and quality work.

The construction of the modules under controlled conditions of the production plant, its own material storage facilities, a complete duct production line as well as an extensive stock of machinery allow the work to be carried out quickly and efficiently, minimising the impact of external factors and suppliers on lead times.

The high standard and quality of the modules and facilities manufactured are ensured by the ISO standards and requirements implemented and the Certificates of Conformity obtained:

- ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety management system)

- ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management)

- ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System)

- Certificate of conformity for factory production control in accordance with EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011,

- Certificate of Welding Process Conformity to EN ISO 3834-2:2021,

- Welding certificate for the welding of structural steel components to EN 1090-2:2018 (Execution class EXC3 to EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011)

In addition, the organisation's Quality Management System meets the requirements of AQAP Standard 2110:2016

Systematic audits by external certification bodies enable the quality policy to be implemented efficiently.
