Construction of a Pulmonology Ward at the John of God Hospital in Lublin

The scope of work for the project included: the creation of complete project documentation, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, and the construction of a modular, two-storey building for the purposes of the hospital ward, connected to the existing building by a link, together with the associated infrastructure and landscaping.

The facility includes patient bed rooms, each with an entrance lock and sanitary facilities (16 double rooms and 2 quadruple rooms), a nursing station, technical rooms, sanitary rooms - for the disabled, utility rooms, storage rooms and a kitchen for patient needs.
Total area - 860.0 m2
Prefabrication - 15 modules
Implementation time - 5 months
