Construction of an office and administrative services building with sports facilities in Długołęka

The scope of work included: the creation of full design documentation along with obtaining the required arrangements, opinions and permits, and the construction of a two-storey modular building with a steel structure in a turnkey system along with technical infrastructure and landscaping.

On the ground floor of the building there are locker rooms for men, women and children, a room for referees, a technical room, a warehouse for sports equipment and sanitary facilities.
On the first floor there is a teaching area with four classrooms, along with sanitary facilities, a staff room and a cloakroom.
Total area - 750 m2
Prefabrication - 8 modules
Implementation time - 12 months
