Construction of Military Barracks and Storage Halls in Augustów
The Climatic and TECHKO consortium is undertaking the largest modular investment to date for the Polish Armed Forces, encompassing the construction of two barracks buildings with administrative and office sections, along with four mobile storage halls and accompanying infrastructure in Augustów. The project employs 3D modular steel construction technology, providing high scalability and flexibility, including the option for future relocation of the structures.
The contract for the design-and-build project was signed on October 16, 2024, with completion scheduled within 21 months. With up to 90% of the modules prefabricated, the construction timeline is over twice as fast compared to traditional methods, enabling quicker occupancy of the buildings.
