Construction of police station in Leoncin

The scope of work included
- preparation of complete project documentation together with obtaining the required agreements, opinions and permits
- construction of the police station building together with the supply of utilities necessary for the operation of the building - outdoor installations and connections
- development of the land with a new system of accesses and walkways, parking spaces and a waste shed and carport
- carrying out all required tests and acceptance inspections of the facilities, equipment and installations, presenting a complete collared report, together with obtaining a final occupancy permit on behalf of the Employer.
We built a modular single-storey building with a multi-pitched roof, intended for 8 employees. It contains offices, toilets and changing rooms for the staff, a disabled-accessible bathroom, a social room and technical rooms.
The fenced plot has 8 parking spaces, a carport and a garbage shed.
Total area - 170 m2
Prefabrication - 3 modules
Implementation time - 11 months
