Extension of the SPZLO in Wieliczka

Execution of an investment project in the ‘design and build’ formula for the extension of the Independent Public Open Treatment Centre in Wieliczka for the provision of primary healthcare and specialist outpatient care, including the creation of an infectious disease clinic.

The works included the creation of a conceptual design, pre-design work, execution of the construction project, obtaining the required agreements, opinions and permits, construction of the building together with the necessary infrastructure and land development.
We constructed a three-storey building, connected to the existing clinic building by a link on levels +1 and +2. The building is intended for the purposes of primary medical care with the possibility of using it for the needs of an infectious disease clinic.
The new part of the building contains medical, diagnostic and treatment rooms, 6 rooms with the possibility of isolating the patient (each with a separate bathroom). The building is suitable for a 24-hour on-call service.
The construction site was subject to conservation protection and archaeological supervision.
