Gózd Police Station

The police station in Gózd was realised as part of the ‘Design and Build’ project.

These works were completed and received the final occupancy permit on 3 October 2023.

Structure and Functionality of the Building:

• Public and Staff Space: The building contains separate areas for the public and police staff, with separate entrances.
• Premises:
• - Windbreak: 9,06 m²
• - Communication: 23.27 m²
• - Reception room: 9,37 m²
• - Manager's room: 15,63 m²
• - Three offices for two people: 14.39 m², 14.41 m², 14.36 m²
• - Social room: 9.18 m²
• - Server room: 6,13 m²
• - Pump and drying room: 8,92 m²
• - Locker rooms and sanitary facilities for employees
• Additional Facilities: Two-car garage with storage function over 70 m².

Scope of Works and Building Specification:

• Total area - 190 m²
• Prefabrication - 3 modules
• Lead time - less than 11 months (design work and multi-discipline construction work)
