Modern Diagnostic Imaging Facility in Gliwice
Climatic will deliver the modular building in partnership with Warbud S.A.
A new state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging facility will be built in Gliwice, adjacent to the Municipal Hospital No. 4 – a building that will combine the latest technological solutions with patient comfort. The investment will be carried out in a design-and-build formula by a consortium of Climatic and Warbud S.A.
Climatic is responsible for the delivery of the facility using advanced steel-frame modular technology – ensuring precise assembly and full control over the entire construction process.
The new single-storey building, located on Kościuszki Street, will become a center for advanced diagnostic imaging. It will include MRI, CT, X-ray and ultrasound rooms, as well as supporting spaces – waiting areas, consultation rooms, technical rooms and staff facilities. The total building and connector footprint will cover nearly 1,000 m², with a total volume exceeding 3,600 m³.
The modular technology used in this investment will allow not only for rapid and precise installation, but also for potential relocation or vertical expansion in the future. The project also includes the construction of a connector providing direct communication with the existing hospital wing.
The investment is co-financed under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Krajowy Plan Odbudowy), which supports the modernization of healthcare infrastructure in Poland. Thanks to this funding, by mid-2026 Gliwice will gain a modern diagnostic imaging facility that will significantly improve patient care and enhance the quality of medical services in the region.
