Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 in Marki

As part of the task, Climatic comprehensively constructed a new two-storey modular kindergarten building with an area of more than 1,800 m², divided into five wards on the ground floor and four wards on the first floor.

A recreational space for children is foreseen in the middle of the top floor. The technology of the newly designed part is prefabricated system modules, made in steel construction. Climatic fitted out the building, carried out complete landscaping with a playground and car parking.

The building was constructed using technology that ensures above-normal thermal insulation, as required by regulations for 2021.
