New Modular Kindergarten in Wawer
New Modular Kindergarten in Warsaw-Wawer
Last Friday, a cornerstone-laying ceremony was held for the construction of a new kindergarten in the Wawer district of Warsaw. The event was attended by representatives of the Wawer District Office – including the Mayor – as well as representatives of the general contractor (Arcustechnologie) and the Climatic team, responsible for delivering the building in modular technology.
Only a few days after the ceremony, the entire kindergarten building is already being assembled on site. It is being constructed using advanced modular technology based on a steel structure – a solution that ensures full control over the construction process, precise assembly, and a significantly shortened delivery time.
The new facility will be a two-storey building with a total area exceeding 1,100 m² and a volume of over 4,000 m³. Thanks to our modular system, the installation of 22 modules will take just three days.
The designed kindergarten will include modern classrooms, a kitchen area, administrative rooms, a rhythmics hall, specialist offices, and a multifunctional space for activities and events.
With its rational functional layout and modern construction solutions, the building will be energy-efficient, safe, and welcoming for both children and staff.
As the partner responsible for the modular implementation, Climatic once again demonstrates that modern modular construction provides a real answer to the needs of rapidly developing urban districts.
