Passive kindergarten ‘House around the tree’ in Podkowa Leśna

 The project consisted of the construction of a two-storey building of a one-branch nursery school and a four-branch kindergarten using modular technology with a steel structure, together with an internal staircase, passenger lift and associated infrastructure and landscaping.
The construction of the passive standard nursery school in Podkowa Leśna, was based on a modern, environmentally friendly design that won the Association's award in the Polish Green Building Awards 2019 (PLGBO) Green Building Awards in the Best Environmental Project category. The aesthetically pleasing 1,800 m2 modular kindergarten with a high energy standard was designed with attention to the high quality and extraordinary functionality of the building. The airtightness test carried out showed that the building's airtightness level is 2.5 times better than the WT2021 requirements (n50= 0.6 1/h)
