A modern Pathomorphology Department is being built on the premises of the Independent Public Provincial Integrated Hospital in Szczecin. The new diagnostic space will be a key element in the process of detecting cancer diseases, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Parameters and Functions of the Facility

The project includes the construction of a two-story building with an underground level, covering an area of approximately 1,400 m². As part of the investment, the following will be created:

• specialized pathomorphology laboratories,
• technical facilities for the diagnostic team.

The layout of the rooms has been designed to support staff efficiency and ensure the safe flow of diagnostic materials.

Module Installation Completed – On Schedule

Technology That Speeds Up Implementation

The use of modular technology with a steel structure allowed for a shorter construction time and minimized disruptions to the functioning hospital. Prefabrication of modules in the production plant enabled parallel execution of preparatory works and the construction of the underground level (-1), as well as the production of above-ground modules, which resulted in rapid implementation and completion of the installation stage as planned.

The entire investment in Szczecin will take a maximum of 12 months. Such a short timeframe is possible thanks to a high degree of prefabrication, the experience of the design team, and proven technological solutions.
