Police station in Pysznica

The scope of work for the investment included:

• Execution of design works
• Execution of multi-discipline construction works
• Construction of a 10 m high mast
• Delivery and assembly of prefabricated buildings and shelters, land development
• Obtaining the final occupancy permit for the aforementioned facilities on behalf of the contracting authority
• As-built documentation including geodetic inventory

The single-storey Post Office building has:

• A public area and a staff area - each area with a separate entrance
• In the public part: a waiting room, a room for the Duty Office with an application window, an office for 2 people, a toilet adapted for disabled people
• In the office-administrative part: two offices (for 2 and 3 people), manager's room, server room, social part (social room, cloakroom, sanitary unit, drying room)

In addition, as part of the investment:

• Garage and utility building and waste shed
• Cubic capacity of the Post Office building: 608,80 m3
• Cubic capacity of the garage and utility building: 188,50 m3
• Cubic capacity of the waste shed: 23,00 m3

Building parameters:

• Total area of the building - 160 m2
• Prefabrication - 3 modules
• Implementation time - 11 months (4 months ahead of schedule)
• Investment value - 4.8 million PLN
