Police station in Wojsławice

The police station in Wojsławice, designed and built for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Lublin, was completed in modular steel-framed form 2 weeks ahead of schedule.

The scope of work for the investment included:

Realisation of the detailed design for the police station building and accompanying infrastructure.
Construction of a building with office and administrative functions for employees and a sanitary complex (changing rooms, showers).
Preparation of the technical documentation based on the agreement with the Investor, the functional-utility programme, and ground investigations.
Landscaping of the site, including a new access and access road system, parking spaces and a solid waste shed.
Execution of external installations and connections (water, sewage, telecommunications, energy).

Structure and functionality of the building

The staff area consists of three office rooms suitable for a maximum of 8 people. These rooms are equipped with the necessary desks, chairs and office equipment. A corridor provides internal communication between the various rooms. The staff changing rooms with sanitary facilities contain all the necessary lockers for employees, showers and toilets. The station manager's room is specially designated and equipped. The social rooms are equipped with the necessary facilities, such as a place to eat and rest.

Main entrance area: Adapted to receive visitors, providing easy access and clarity.
Stakeholder reception room: Adapted to accommodate two people, allowing for comfortable and discreet handling of matters.
Public washroom: Adapted for people with disabilities, providing accessibility and comfort.

Utility and Technical Rooms:

Server room: Contains the necessary equipment for data storage and processing.
Technical room: Designed to store tools and technical equipment.
Switchgear room: Contains electrical systems and switchgear.
Utility room: Used to store cleaning materials and other household supplies.

This facility meets the needs of staff and visitors, combining functionality with safety and comfort. It also provides an efficient service with appropriately designed utility and technical rooms.
