Six-branch kindergarten in Ciechanów

Construction of a kindergarten using modular technology together with equipment and landscaping on K. Szwanke Street in Ciechanów.

We started prefabrication of the new building at the beginning of December, and delivered the module system of our own technology in a high degree of prefabrication in late January/early February - less than two months after work began.

With an area of almost 1,000 m2, the new kindergarten is designed to educate 150 children and provide facilities for teaching and administrative and technical staff. The building is equipped, among other things, with a fully functional kitchen to handle the entire meal preparation process, a modern underfloor heating system to increase the comfort of the building, a photovoltaic system to optimise the building's energy balance, and a durable and reliable ventilated façade!

As part of the realisation, we also carried out works related to the development of the land and related installations, including the water supply system, sewage system, rainwater system, pavement and parking system, as well as a new road along the building from Karol Szwanke Street.
