Teaching, research and office building for the Medical University of Wrocław

The scope of work for the investment in question included: the creation of complete project documentation, obtaining the necessary approvals and permits, demolition of the existing building and construction of a new modular teaching, research and office building together with the necessary technical infrastructure facilities.

The building consists of a public entrance area with a seminar room for 10 and 20 people located on the ground floor and a complex of teaching, research and administrative rooms with sanitary facilities.

Prefabrication - 20 modules

Completion date - 8 months
