Modern Space for Education and Administration

A new teaching and administrative building for the Jacob of Paradies University in Gorzów Wielkopolski is being delivered under a design-and-build contract, using Climatic’s steel-frame modular technology. The facility will combine academic and administrative functions, providing more than 3,300 m² of modern space to support the university’s further development.

Technology as the Basis of Delivery

The use of Climatic’s modular technology ensures precise quality control and limits disruption to activities on an operating university campus. Prefabrication carried out in controlled factory conditions enables efficient project execution and a high level of schedule predictability.

Function and Building Programme

The three-storey building will house, among others, a Medical Laboratory and Training Centre, the University Rector’s Office, teaching and administrative areas, as well as shared spaces for students and staff. The functional layout is designed to meet the requirements of contemporary academic infrastructure.

Integration with the Historic Campus

The new development is being implemented in compliance with the guidelines of the heritage conservation authority, allowing it to blend seamlessly with the existing urban layout and the historic character of the campus.
