(PL) Turobin Police Station
The scope of work for the investment included:
- Execution of design works
- Execution of multi-discipline construction works consisting in the erection of new cubature objects including the execution of necessary installation works and land development.
- Construction of a 30 m high prestressed concrete antenna mast.
- Producing complete as-built documentation
- Obtaining the final occupancy permit for the aforementioned facilities.
We built two single-storey buildings in the 3D module system with a steel structure.
The main one, with a total surface area of 180 m2- for the function of the administrative building of the Police Station, and a garage building with a warehouse with a total surface area of 50 m2.
In the Post Office there are 3 office rooms for 8 full-time employees, a section for visitors, social rooms, utility rooms, sanitary rooms, technical rooms.
Total area - 180 m2
Prefabrication - 3 modules
Implementation time - 6 months
