Welfare facilities at the Administrative Quay and Vistula Quay in the Port of Gdansk
Design and build’ project involving the construction of two buildings using modular technology - to be used as back-up facilities at the Administrative Quay and the Quay
The investment included:- development of multi-discipline project documentation,
- obtaining the relevant administrative decisions,
- dismantling of the existing facilities as well as production, delivery and assembly of new facilities using modular technology,
- development of the area around the buildings, including the reconstruction of road systems and execution of networks and connections,
- obtaining final decisions on the permission to use the buildings,
Both buildings serve as social facilities for the port employees. They are divided into two zones: in the first one there is a sanitary complex consisting of changing rooms and showers, in the second one there are office-administrative rooms (for 42 employees in total) and a dining room. The zones are separated by a wide corridor.
