Another Year of Modular Construction Development – 2025 Summary
Projects
The past year saw the completion and handover of many fully delivered facilities, while at the same time marking the start of several new projects. Developments of varying scale and purpose confirmed that the modular approach performs equally well under demanding schedules and in facilities with high functional requirements. Each time, modular technology once again proved its effectiveness—in terms of quality, delivery speed, and the overall predictability of the process.
Technology
The development of 3D steel-frame modular technology remains the foundation of our activities. This year, we focused on further improving technical solutions, standardisation, and streamlining design, production, and assembly processes. Modular technology is certainly not a trend, but a proven tool for delivering the most demanding investments—a fact confirmed this year with the completion of each new project.
Growth
An important step in our development in 2025 was the continued strengthening of our production facilities. The expansion of the plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski now enables the delivery of up to 10,000 m² of completed buildings per month—and this is not yet our final word on the matter. The development of infrastructure, processes, and operational scale remains one of the key directions for the coming years.
People
Behind the results are people—experts, engineers, and specialists, and for us simply colleagues with whom we solve the most ambitious challenges on a daily basis. We thank our team members for their commitment, responsibility, and everyday work on projects often delivered under significant time pressure. We would also like to thank everyone we met at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events—for the conversations, exchange of experience, and inspiring perspectives on the future of the sector. Thanks to you, 2025 was a very positive year for us, marked by growth.
Outlook for 2026
We enter the new year with plans, experience, and energy for further action. 2026 is shaping up to be a very intensive year, with a large number of new projects ahead. We wish ourselves and our partners sound decisions and projects that genuinely respond to users’ needs. Thank you for the journey so far—it is time for new challenges and continued development.
