Beating the September Deadline – Construction of a School and Kindergarten in Kobyłka

Construction of a School and Kindergarten in Kobyłka
We invite you to watch our latest film showcasing the creation of a modern educational complex in Kobyłka – a primary school and kindergarten built using modular technology with a steel structure.
The new facility was constructed in one of the fastest-growing districts of the city and has attracted great interest from residents from the very beginning.
“The first reactions to the final result, the open-door effect, were pure wow. The interior is very well received by residents, and the sports area, in particular, has taken on a new life beyond school activities.”
– Konrad Kostrzewa, Mayor of Kobyłka
“Local governments should be open to new technologies, to modular and prefabricated construction. It is certainly a faster solution compared to traditional methods – and often very useful for public investments carried out by municipalities.”
– Paulina Tlaga, First Deputy Mayor of Kobyłka
The film shows how modular technology enables the creation of modern public buildings in record time – while maintaining the highest quality standards and full control over the construction process.
Location: Kobyłka, near Warsaw
Assembly: 96 modules in 14 days
Total area: approx. 5,500 m²
This project’s success was made possible through the collaboration of many teams – from designers to builders – thanks to which the students of Kobyłka can now enjoy a modern and comfortable school.
