Knowledge that builds quality

At Climatic, team development is just as important as technological development. Last week, we conducted training for several employees who recently joined our company. These are people who strengthen various departments – from design and production, through marketing, assembly, and administration. The training took the form of an intensive introductory program, combining theory with practice based on real examples from our projects.

How modular buildings are constructed – step by step

The participants went through the entire process of constructing a modular building with a steel structure, including:

• a discussion of Climatic design standards,
• an overview of system solutions used in buildings for healthcare, uniformed services, and industry,
• the principles of prefabrication and quality control at subsequent stages.

All issues were discussed on the basis of real examples – both in the production hall and on the basis of completed investments. Thanks to this, each of the new employees, regardless of their department, gained a broader perspective and understanding of how the entire implementation process works.

The plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski “from the inside”

A key element of the training is always a visit to our production plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. This is where our facilities are built, and the plant itself, after a recent expansion, has reached a production capacity of approximately 10,000 m² of finished buildings per month. And that's not the end of the changes!

New employees were able to see:

• advanced lines for the prefabrication of steel modules,
• robots and welding stations,
• preparation and quality control processes,
• the logistics of modules at the stage of leaving the production plant.

Direct experience of the factory's work allows for a better understanding of the scale of operations, the precision of processes—in particular the prefabrication process—and the standard of workmanship that distinguishes Climatic on the market.
