The 11th edition of the Modern Technical Division Congress—one of the most important events for the healthcare sector in Poland—has concluded. This year, we participated as a partner, actively contributing to the expert program and engaging in discussions with hospital representatives from across the country.

Our presence in Olsztyn provided an opportunity for direct meetings with investors and key decision-makers responsible for developing medical infrastructure. On site, we showcased our approach to designing and delivering specialized medical facilities using modular construction technology.
Discussions with participants focused on topics such as phased project implementation, reducing construction timelines, and minimizing disruptions to facility operations during expansions.

We took part in the expert panel titled “Fast-track Procedures and Settlements – How to Meet the KPO Deadline?”, where we shared our experience in implementing projects funded by the National Recovery Plan (KPO). Panel participants were introduced to specific strategies and practical tips for staying on schedule while maintaining high quality and full compliance with formal requirements.

Presentation: Vertical Extensions, Expansions, and Phased Investments

During the expert presentation block, we showcased real-life examples of our modular healthcare projects. We demonstrated how to efficiently execute vertical extensions and expansions of existing facilities, and how modular technology supports phased implementation without disrupting ongoing operations.
The presentation received significant interest, particularly from investors seeking flexible and predictable construction solutions.
