Completion of the construction of a municipal multi-family residential building in Kobyłka

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the construction of a municipal multi-family residential building using innovative modular technology. Our latest project is a four-story residential building featuring 32 modern one- and two-room apartments, each with a dedicated parking space.

Highly Efficient Implementation

The use of advanced modular technology on a steel structure allowed us to carry out the project exceptionally efficiently. The building on Kordeckiego Street was erected in just 5 nights, as reported by the media and press earlier this year! The entire process, from signing the contract to handing over the completed building, took only 16 months, demonstrating the effectiveness and efficiency of our construction solutions.

Official Handover Ceremony

The handover ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, including Mr. Konrad Kostrzewa – Mayor of Kobyłka, Ms. Paulina Tlaga – Deputy Mayor of Kobyłka, and Mr. Krzysztof Chaciński – Mayor of Radzymin. On our side, representatives of Climatic were present, including Mr. Jarosław Adamek – Sales Director, and Mr. Artur Wieliczko – Key Account Advisor.
