Conferences: Development of Healthcare Units at the Conference in Szczyrk
On November 6–7, the sixth edition of the conference “Practical Aspects of Managing Healthcare Units” took place in Szczyrk. The event was organized by the Association of Healthcare Managers (STOMOZ) in cooperation with the editorial team of the portal dlaSzpitali.pl and the magazine “Ogólnopolski Przegląd Medyczny.”
This year’s edition brought together a wide range of participants — representatives of public administration, hospital managers, directors of healthcare facilities, designers, and contractors of medical investments. Among the guests were the Minister of Health, Jerzy Szafranowicz, and the Silesian Voivode, Michał Kopański, which further emphasized the prestige and importance of the event.
During the conference, Climatic representatives presented their extensive experience in modular construction for the healthcare sector, showing how this technology supports the development of modern infrastructure — both through the expansion and extension of existing buildings and the implementation of new investments in a phased approach.
Throughout the expert presentations and discussions, it was highlighted that modular construction means not only speed of implementation but also safety, flexibility, and full control over the building process — features that are particularly crucial in the modernization and development of healthcare facilities.
The conference in Szczyrk was also an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and discuss the current challenges facing the healthcare system. We sincerely thank everyone for their meetings, conversations, and openness to new solutions. We are glad to have taken part in discussions about how modular construction genuinely supports the development of modern and safe healthcare infrastructure in Poland.
