Extension of the MSWiA Server Room in Warsaw – Module Installation

As the completion of the investment draws closer, we present a video from the completed module installation stage—as a preview of the final phase of the extension of the MSWiA server room in Warsaw. This project is an example of the application of Climatic’s modular technology in a facility of strategic importance to the IT infrastructure of a state institution.

The scope of work included the extension of an operational server room, carried out safely and without any interference with the functioning of existing technological systems. From the users’ perspective, a key factor was that the installation process itself took only two days, after which the building achieved its final form. The project, which involved the construction of three new above-ground storeys and a passenger-and-freight elevator, significantly increases the scale and capabilities of the facility, creating space for the further development of administrative and technical support infrastructure.

One of the main challenges was executing the investment above an active server room. The use of highly prefabricated steel modules enabled a fast and precisely controlled assembly process while maintaining uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure an aspect of critical importance in facilities with heightened security requirements.
