Kraków MSWiA – contract signing
Technology That Makes It Possible to Deliver on Time
Another medical investment is joining Climatic’s portfolio of projects delivered using modular construction technology. The project involves the expansion of an existing hospital in Kraków with a new diagnostic and treatment building “D”, to be constructed using steel-frame modular technology.
Delivery Under Full Control
The challenge is clearly defined: nearly 4,000 m² of floor area and just 6 months to complete the entire project. With such a tight schedule, traditional construction methods do not offer sufficient flexibility.
Modular technology makes it possible to carry out different stages of building preparation simultaneously. It is this parallelisation of processes, combined with a high level of prefabrication, that enables a real reduction in overall project delivery time.
Modules as a Response to Schedule Pressure
Projects implemented under the National Recovery Plan (KPO) require not only efficient organisation but also technology that eliminates the risk of delays. Modular construction allows for full control over the project schedule while simultaneously meeting the high standards required for healthcare facilities.
This is yet another example of how prefabrication and a modular approach to construction are becoming key tools in the delivery of complex public-sector projects today.
