Modular Kindergarten in Wawer – Assembly

The investment in Warsaw’s Wawer district is approaching completion, and we are pleased to present a short video showcasing the steel-framed modular technology applied in this project. The solution ensured precision of execution, efficient assembly, and predictability of key construction stages – particularly important in educational developments.

The building, with a surface area of over 1,100 m², was created using 22 prefabricated modules. Their on-site assembly took just 3 days, confirming that a high level of prefabrication directly translates into construction speed and quality.

Transferring key construction stages to controlled factory conditions enables precise manufacturing and a high level of repeatability. Well-planned installation logistics ensure the smooth integration of all building components on site.

The new kindergarten in Wawer is a functional and energy-efficient educational space that meets contemporary technical and operational requirements. This project confirms that steel-framed modular construction is a mature technology that is increasingly setting new standards in public investments.
