New school and kindergarten in Kobyłka now open

A few weeks ago, a modern educational complex opened in Kobyłka near Warsaw. At the intersection of Dworkowa and Ceramiczna streets, a new primary school and kindergarten were built using modular technology with a steel structure. Thanks to this technology, the entire facility was completed in a timeframe tailored to the investor’s needs — in just 20 months. It’s an investment the residents had long been waiting for — the city is developing dynamically, and the demand for school and kindergarten places continues to grow.

A space for growth

The new three-storey building was designed to meet the diverse needs of students. It houses over 20 classrooms, a spacious gymnasium, a library, cloakrooms, and a canteen. There are also study rooms, as well as dedicated multimedia and cinema halls. This makes the school not only a place for standard education but also a space for modern learning methods and developing students’ passions.

Over half a thousand pupils and preschoolers

The complex was designed to accommodate more than half a thousand children — both primary school pupils and preschoolers. This significantly improves access to educational facilities in Kobyłka, easing the burden on other schools and ensuring families have convenient access to education close to home.

Record construction speed

The pace of construction was particularly impressive. The building was created using modular technology with a steel structure, allowing for an exceptionally short on-site assembly time — the entire building shell was put together in just 14 days. From the start of works to the school’s opening, only 20 months passed — proving that prefabrication is a real solution for the needs of rapidly growing municipalities.

Modern architecture and functionality

The new facility, with a total area of nearly 5,500 m² and a volume of about 14,500 m³, stands out for its simple, modern architecture and functional layout. At the center of the building is a bright patio that fills the interior with natural light, bringing a sense of openness and freshness. The designers paid special attention not only to aesthetics and lighting but also to acoustics, comfort, and flexibility of use. The building is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, ensuring accessibility for all users.

Infrastructure for the whole community

The site also includes a playground, a sports field for younger children, and parking areas for both cars and bicycles — making everyday use of the facility easier for students and parents alike. The new school and kindergarten thus become a friendly place not only for children and youth but for entire families.

An investment for the future

The opening of the school and kindergarten in Kobyłka marks an important milestone in the development of local educational infrastructure. It’s a place that already buzzes with life and serves as a hub of activity for the city’s youngest residents. Thanks to modern technology and fast execution, a space has been created that will serve children, parents, and teachers for many years to come.

A video filmed at the new school in Kobyłka — showcasing the story behind this exceptional project and how modern education thrives in modular spaces — will be released soon. In the meantime, we invite you to browse the photo gallery below.
