Nursing and Care Facility in Bełżyce
Construction has begun on a new Nursing and Care Facility at the Independent Public Health Care Center in Bełżyce, built in modular steel-frame technology. The building has been designed to enhance the facility’s capacity in long-term care and rehabilitation while ensuring comfortable conditions for patients and a modern therapeutic environment.
Comprehensive space for patients and staff
The two-story building will include:
- 2-, 3-, and 4-bed patient rooms with bathrooms and isolation rooms,
- rehabilitation and therapy rooms,
- kitchen, technical, and storage facilities,
- staff rooms for medical personnel.
The functional layout has been designed to streamline care processes and ensure safety for all users.
Fast implementation in steel-based modular technology
The new building, with a total area of over 1,700 m², is being constructed using Climatic modular technology. Most of the work is carried out in the controlled environment of our prefabrication plant in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski. The completed modules will then be transported and assembled on the premises of the operating hospital, significantly shortening construction time and minimizing disruption.
Ecology and future expansion
The project is implemented in line with the “Do No Significant Harm” principle. The building will feature energy-efficient installations, water-saving systems, and low-emission solutions. All applied materials are characterized by a high degree of recyclability.
Benefits for the local community
Thanks to the new infrastructure, the number of rehabilitation procedures and the overall availability of care services will increase significantly. This investment will improve the quality of patient care and the working conditions for staff, combining modern medical solutions with a responsible approach to the environment.
