ZOL in Kamienna Góra - laying the cornerstone
On 15 December 2025, a ceremonial cornerstone laying took place to mark the start of construction of the Long-Term Care Facility at the County Health Centre in Kamienna Góra. The event was attended, among others, by Iwona Krawczyk – Member of the Polish Parliament, Ewa Kocemba – Councillor of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, and Małgorzata Krzyszkowska – Starosta of Kamienna Góra County.
The cornerstone laying is a symbolic milestone for the entire project. Later this week, prefabricated steel-structure modules manufactured at our production facility will be delivered to the construction site. Assembly will take just a 4 days, and its pace will allow a swift transition to subsequent stages of the project.
The building under construction will be a modern, two-storey facility with an area of approx. 1,500 m², equipped with a lift and modern medical equipment. It will provide comfortable conditions for 55 patients, who will have access to, among other spaces, residential rooms, a rehabilitation zone, and a psychotherapy office.
The use of modular construction makes it possible to deliver a fully functional medical care facility in a short timeframe. The cornerstone laying symbolically opens this phase, linking the formal start of construction with the upcoming works that will soon turn the project into a completed building.
