Climatic will implement two kindergarten buildings in Marki near Warsaw

On Friday, 19th January, we signed contracts with the Marki Urban Investments company (a municipal company that oversees investments in the city) for the construction of a modular kindergarten at the Duża Street (designed for 200 children) and a branch of the primary school no. 2. Mr Jacek Orych, Mayor of the city emphasized how crucial is the investment implementation time and discussed the growing need for educational facilities.

– We are chasing the lost time. The number of children in the Mark schools is rapidly growing, whereas there have been hardly any investments for the development of the base. In the school year 2010/11, 1.9 thousand children attended primary schools, in the present year – over 3 thousand. And the latter number will continue to grow – Jacek Orych emphasized.

New contract in Salzgitter, Germany

Climatic will build three storey building, which total area is about 1000 m2 in modular construction. The office building will be on the former mine, which is being transformed to radioaktive waste depot.

Modular construction allows for up to 90% prefabrication, which is offsite. This means shorter realization time, no typical construction on-site. The risks due to weather change or labor shortages do not occur – we employ staff in a factory under one roof.

System Budownictwa Modułowego Climatic znacznie zmniejsza obciążenie środowiskowe. Budowa odbywa się w kontrolowanych warunkach hali produkcyjnej w Ostrowcu Świętokrzyskim niezależnie od warunków pogodowych. System zakłada wysoki stopień prefabrykacji dlatego na miejscu budowy prace wykończeniowe ograniczone są do niezbędnego minimum. Taki sposób budowy pozwala na znacznie szybszą realizację inwestycji np. podczas wakacji dlatego gminy często decydują się na takie rozwiązanie ponieważ nie wymaga organizowania pomieszczeń zastępczych.
