Refurbishment of Falenica market – approaching the end of second stage

We return to the topic of construction of the market at
ul. Walcownicza 14 in Warsaw. It is planned to complete the second stage of works comprised of the construction of 14 commercial premises just before Christmas. For the beginning of next year, it is planned among others, that relocation of merchants to new booths and demolition of old pavilions should take place. Works related to the execution of this project are scheduled for the entire period reaching until the end of next year.

Just as reminder, the market refurbishment project is divided into four stages and includes the construction of a total of 88 new commercial booths in modular technology, roofing for 72 bays for merchants selling directly from their vans, public restrooms and rainwater catchment system. The works also include the construction of water supply and sewage disposal system and the installation of electrical wiring. In the future, so-called Warsaw Local Centre is to be built there, on a plot including the area surrounding the market.

Contract for the construction of a day-care centre and a kindergarten in Kiełczów signed!

On 7th February, at the municipality of Długołęka, Climatic signed a contract for the construction of a day-care centre and a kindergarten in Kiełczów, to be built in modular technology in the design-build project delivery system, including the completion of the entire technical infrastructure and land development.

In less than eleven months, a day-care centre and a kindergarten with an area of nearly 4,500 m2 will be raised, in which 450 toddlers will be accommodated.

The building can be up to nearly 78 meters long, over 64 meters wide and just over 8 meters high. The project provides for two floors above ground. The facility is designed to accommodate six day-care and twelve kindergarten departments.

“The persons entering the building will have to pass a vestibule, and directly at the entrance there will be a parents’ hall / waiting room, connected to the cloakroom and equipped with interphone communication with all units and the administrative part. There will be day-care rooms in the inner part of the centre.”

A modular day-care centre has arrived in Łódź at ul. Kmicica

Yesterday, on 28th October, as part of the construction of another day-care centre in Łódź, located in Olechów district at ul. Kmicica, the first party of the batch consisting of 16 modules was delivered. The next delivery is scheduled for today. A facility for 60 toddlers will be raised in modular technology next to the existing kindergarten just in one day. Thanks to excellent synchronisation of works, the entire process of assembly went yesterday smoothly and according to plan. A report about the next stages will follow soon.02
