Mobile hospitals in modular system
Freely configurable mobile solutions in modular system
We deliver modular movable hospital buildings to any place where quick-to-build, durable and sterile facilities are needed to save human lives and provide healthcare services in areas affected by sudden and extraordinary situations like wars, natural disasters or epidemics.
Climatic carries out this type of construction projects in the design-build project delivery system, including equipment of the facility, taking responsibility for successful execution of the entire process.
Mobile healthcare structures are built at a very fast pace; even within half a year a solution can be provided that allows the admission of nearly five hundred patients. Such facilities can be freely configurable, including ordinary patient rooms, treatment rooms as well as operating theatres and intensive care units. The great advantage of the solution provided by Climatic consists in free scalability of the facility, which can be raised as one-storey or multi-storey building.

Quickly available and flexible (including the possibility of a later adaptation of the facility).
It is worth to be noted that the facility can be dismantled with lightning speed, being as quick as raising the mobile facility. After use, the modules can be adapted to any other needs or stored for a longer period without significant quality loss, so that a solution is ready next time it is needed.
For our systems, we assure a full scope of warranty and out-of-warranty service and provide favourable financing conditions.

Mobile Intensive Care Unit
The MOBIOIT – Mobile Intensive Care Unithas been designed as a sub-ward in a facility intended for the hospitalisation of particularly dangerous and highly contagious diseases. The sub-ward functions as a structure separated from the rest of the hospital by a sluice room enabling decontamination. The functioning of the isolation sub-ward with isolation stations for patients suffering from particularly dangerous andhighly contagious diseases (including those requiring full respiratory isolation) is based on a comprehensive system interconnected safeguards aimed at protecting medical personnel from secondary infections and, as a result, from transmitting the infection to the general population.
Thanks to the modular implementation, the move to the new facility can take place just a few days after delivery. The role of technical services is limited to indicating the media outlet and the location of the facility. The modular structure has minimum impact on the operation of the hospital and ensures maximum protection of the staff and patients against risks typical of traditional structures (long-term noise and pollution caused by work, heavy traffic, supplies of construction materials, etc.) as well as noise and construction dirt. The basic MOBIOIT unit is a set of rooms designed to enable care for eight people in three construction modules. On the basis of this unit, larger intensive care structures can be freely duplicated and configured.
Mobile Isolation Ward
The MOBIOIT has been designed as a sub-ward in a facility intended for the hospitalisation of particularly dangerous and highly contagious diseases. The sub-ward functions as a structure separated from the rest of the hospital by a sluice room enabling decontamination. The functioning of the isolation sub-ward with isolation stations for patients suffering from particularly dangerous and highly contagious diseases (including those requiring full respiratory isolation) is based on a comprehensive system of interconnected safeguards aimed at protecting medical personnel from secondary infections and, as a result, from transmitting the infection to the general population.
Thanks to the modular implementation, the move to the new facility can take place just a fortnight or so after delivery. The presented MOBIZOL sets a new direction for the development of medical facility construction, guaranteeing the highest quality of rooms, installations and equipment in a fraction of the time (reduction of about 75%), within a budget typical for traditional construction.
Mobiles system for the elimination of contamination
The HPV technology (Hydrogen Peroxide Vapour) enables effective decontamination of pathogens on surfaces that had contact with the patient and staff. The active substance – 30% or 35% hydrogen peroxide in the gas phase ensures a log6 reduction (sterilisation level) of pathogen inactivation, while guaranteeing full compatibility with medical equipment – including sensitive electronics. Absence of fog or aerosol allows to decontaminate the room without the necessity of taking out medical equipment.
Decontamination steps:
01. CONDITIONING
Preparation chamber.
02. GAS GENERATION
Obtaining the required active substance concentration in the chamber.
03. PRESSURE MAINTENANCE
Preparation chamber.
04. AIR EXCHANGE
Decomposition of hydrogen peroxide to oxygen and water accelerated by the use of the built-in ruthenium catalyst and removal of the substance from the chamber.
